Dear friends,
Please would you continue to pray for Daisy’s owner? I had a lovely time with her this week getting some painting supplies for her home and then having a meal with her. She opened up a lot to me about her life and asked some questions she has about Jesus. She also said that she wants to know Jesus but is afraid that she will be rejected by Him because her life is so messy. I got to share with her the good news that our messiness is actually the very reason why Jesus came. And that He will never turn away anyone who comes to Him (John 6:37). Our conversation reminded me of this John Bunyan quote:
But I am a great sinner, sayest thou.
“I will in no wise cast out,” says Christ.
But I am an old sinner, sayest thou.
“I will in no wise cast out,” says Christ.
But I am a hard-hearted sinner, sayest thou.
“I will in no wise cast out,” says Christ.
But I am a backsliding sinner, sayest thou.
“I will in no wise cast out,” says Christ.
But I have served Satan all my days, sayest thou.
“I will in no wise cast out,” says Christ.
But I have sinned against light, sayest thou.
“I will in no wise cast out,” says Christ.
But I have sinned against mercy, sayest thou.
“I will in no wise cast out,” says Christ.
But I have no good thing to bring with me, sayest thou.
“I will in no wise cast out,” says Christ.
Yes, yes! Please pray for our friend that she will embrace merciful King Jesus as her Saviour, as her Lord. I long for her to know Him.

Thanks for your continued prayers for Breakthrough, as well. That continues to be one of my favourite parts of the week. Last week two people came and we talked through what the Bible says about our anxiety. Will you pray for us again this Friday?
And for me, would you pray for wisdom, strength, and peace? I feel pretty emotionally drained this week. Thanks, friends. Praying for much grace to you this week as you labour in prayer for us!
Acts 4:20,
